17-19 April 2013 – Tirana. Jonathan Evans (United Kingdom, EDG) and Grigore Petrenco (Moldova, UEL), PACE co-rapporteurs on the honouring of obligations and commitments by Albania, are to make a fact-finding visit to Tirana. They are due to meet the President of the Republic, the Speaker of Parliament, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice and several parliamentary committees. Talks are also scheduled with the Albanian delegation to PACE, political party leaders, the Central Election Commission and the Ombudsman, as well as the Head of the EU Mission in Albania and members of the diplomatic community.
